About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Senior Associate to join our successful legal function at Bruin Financial. As a key member of our team, you will act on behalf of the Group and its EMEA subsidiaries, providing corporate governance, legal, and compliance-related support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of corporate records, including board minutes, circular resolutions, bylaws, and charters.
  2. Coordinating the production of corporate records for litigation, regulatory inquiries, or financial audits.
  3. Supporting ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  2. Knowledge of laws and regulations, as well as corporate governance practices.
  3. Knowledge of corporate governance requirements in the UK and Luxembourg is beneficial.
