Bridgfords, a leading estate agency with over 180 years of experience, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Durham.

About the Role

As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. Your primary goal will be to optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to drive sales growth
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve successful sales outcomes
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring timely and efficient transactions
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
