Folkestone Girls School seeks an experienced Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs. This is a challenging yet rewarding role, requiring adaptability and the ability to bring out the best in our pupils.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children aged 2-19 with severe, profound or complex needs. They will be required to work as part of a class team but may be asked to cover in other classes when needed.

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £21,000 per annum, plus SEN allowance and pension benefits. In addition, we provide excellent staff benefits including confidential staff counselling service, wellbeing app and platform, staff social and well-being events, and annual flu vaccinations.
