Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of educational programmes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent student experiences. This will involve working closely with faculty members, staff, and external partners to design and implement effective delivery strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of educational programmes, ensuring timely and effective implementation;
  • Work with faculty members to design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences;
  • Maintain attendance records and work with the attendance team to ensure accurate information entry;
  • Set assessments for students and support them in submitting their work on time;
  • Participate in standardisation and moderation meetings as required;
  • Provide formative and summative feedback to students within published deadlines;
  • Monitor student engagement and performance, signposting them to specialist services as necessary;
  • Contribute to programme evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • Proven experience in educational delivery coordination; excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment; ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Possess excellent organisational and time management skills;

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
