About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Programme Delivery Coordinator to support our Centre of Excellence Programme. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of workforce development initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for organising meetings, events, and training sessions, as well as managing schedules, records, and programme-related communications. You will also act as a first point of contact for stakeholders and partners, supporting logistical and technical arrangements for events and travel. Additionally, you will prepare reports, presentations, and track programme progress.

  • Organising meetings, events, and training sessions.

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and tracking programme progress.


About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need administrative experience, ideally in education, training, or programme delivery. You must have excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms like Teams or Zoom. Familiarity with workforce development or educational programmes is desirable, as is experience working with training providers or project management tools.
