An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic occupational therapist to join our dynamic team of rehabilitation professionals.

Main duties of the job
  • To be involved in the support and supervision of staff at Band 3 to 5 level.
  • To act as a clinical educator for undergraduate students within own professional area.
  • To receive and deliver internal training and keep your own Personal Development Plans up to date.
  • To assist the team with service development initiatives, including implementation of competency frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently on own initiative and be accountable for own professional actions

The post is based at Arundel Hospital and may occasionally include working at other sites. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working with primarily older people, be a good problem solver, have excellent communication and clinical skills, and want to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

We offer opportunities to develop your skills within a supportive environment, regular supervision and appraisal, and access to education opportunities. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
