Job Title: Internal Sales Team Lead

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership position within our Internal Sales team. As Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading from the front, overseeing a team of Advisors, and assisting them with task organisation and prioritisation.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Team Manager in an office environment is required.
  • You must have a proven track record in successfully managing an Internal Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and leading by example.
  • Coaching and developing team members through regular one-to-ones and documenting progress.
  • Maintaining high standards of time management within the team and addressing any performance issues.
  • Reporting weekly team performance to the Director.
