Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team at ARK Housing Association Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, providing excellent customer service to employees, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing, including data input, calculations, and payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and payroll information

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
