**The Role**

The role of Payroll Specialist will be reporting into the payroll manager and will be assisting with the end-to-end processing of the monthly payroll for circa 2500 employees. Moreover, as the company grows and streamlines the payroll function they might be room for this person to progress.

The successful individual will ideally have a minimum of 2-year payroll experience. Moreover, you must demonstrate an understanding of payroll legislation and statutory payroll requirements.

You will be involved in but not limited to the following duties:

- Assisting with monthly payrolls
- Assisting with payroll legislation - RTI, auto enrolment, PAYE, SSP, holiday pay, pensions etc.
- Maintaining the company database including processing starters and leavers
- Dealing with internal queries and questions from employees on payroll related matters
- Ability to liaise with external partners
- Adhoc duties

**On Offer**

The role of Payroll Specialist will offer a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum with a competitive benefits package and hybrid working.
