About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Asset Manager to join our team at Pepper Advantage. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for managing repossession sales, accounts in receivership, and other complex mortgage matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the daily workflow process in conjunction with other members of the team
* Prepare queue items for decision by colleagues within the team
* Liaise with and confirm instructions to third-party suppliers
* Build working relationships with all relevant third-party suppliers, including asset managers, solicitors, and insurers
* Attend review meetings with 3rd parties and implement outputs
* Review and process payments to third parties
* Assist the Property Services Manager on general administration matters
* Assist in training and supporting new starters and colleagues within the team

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience within the property industry
* Good foundation and understanding of the life cycle of residential mortgages
* Able to analyse problems, think creatively, and make effective decisions in the appropriate timescale
* Good decision-making skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong English verbal and written communication skills
