Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Store Operations Coordinator. This is a full-time permanent role, working 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, from our Widnes office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
  • Pick and allocate items as required, utilizing our stores database to optimize stock levels.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with site staff to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Provide administrative support, including data management and reporting.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license required.
  • FLT Counterbalance license desirable but not essential.
  • Highly computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage large data sets.
