Mobile Plant Fitter / Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter / Service Engineer to join our client within the Plant Hire sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on a range of plant equipment, including excavators, diggers, dumpers, and telehandlers.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient equipment usage and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mobile or Workshop Fitter, with a strong background in plant equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience) + overtime.
  • A Monday - Friday working week.
  • A dynamic and supportive team environment.
