CV Library is working with a client in East London to find a skilled Electronics Lead Engineer to join their R+D team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams and guiding projects through the design life-cycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of electronic systems, including hardware and software components.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Proven experience in electronics engineering, with a focus on hardware design and development.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital electronics, including FPGA boards and VHDL/Verilog coding.
A competitive salary of £70-75,000, plus a strong benefits package, including pension contribution, holiday allowance, and bonus scheme.
