About the Job

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team. As a key player in our organisation, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in the fast-growing data centre industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate project information and resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop project deliverables, such as schedules and procurement plans, to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align project objectives and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Optimise project strategy through value engineering and risk mitigation, driving cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • A strong background in Mechanical and Electrical projects, ideally within data centres.
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, or Project Coordinator.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A solid understanding of the project lifecycle, from tendering to completion.
  • A passion for delivering value-driven solutions and sustainable outcomes.
