About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to households and businesses, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure efficient and safe transportation of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to provide excellent service and support
  • Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg, as required

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) covering up to 3.5 tonnes
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
