About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to households and businesses, ensuring a smooth and efficient service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
  • Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence covering up to 7.5 tonnes (Cat C1)

About You

We are looking for a positive and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
