Job SummaryAs a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, working across multiple locations to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that all residents receive the highest level of care at every shift. This role offers true flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work independently while being part of a larger team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, adhering to NMC standards and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team, mentoring and supervising staff to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, considering physical and mental needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and produce detailed reports to ensure resident safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RGN/RMN registration with the NMC.
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
- Strong clinical knowledge, including up-to-date awareness of key regulatory frameworks.
- A track record of producing high-quality care plans and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
