About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will have the autonomy to make clinical decisions and develop tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including administering medication, monitoring health status, and delivering individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of residents
  • Administer medication and monitor health status
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments

Salary and Benefits:

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of £32,000 per annum, plus benefits such as NMC registration paid annually, free training and development opportunities, and access to wellbeing and support tools.
