Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and addressing the needs of our residents;
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans;
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless support;
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members;

Requirements and Benefits

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in child and youth care or a related field;
  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Certification in first aid and CPR;

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
