Job Title: Care Professional - Nights Only

We are seeking an experienced care professional to join our team as a night support worker. The role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised support plans
  • Promote independence and encourage community engagement
  • Ensure the property remains safe and secure
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a support worker with experience supporting those with Autism, high levels of anxiety, schizoaffective disorder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • All roles are subject to an enhanced satisfactory DBS
  • You must be attentive, empathetic and high levels of attention to detail
