We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Professional to join our team in Crewe and surrounding areas. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing personal care, supporting clients with mobility and transfers, administering medication, and documenting care activities. You must be 18 years old and hold a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.00-£13.50 per hour, plus mileage, holiday pay, and pension scheme. Our benefits package includes Blue Light Card, reward and recognition schemes, and access to confidential wellbeing and mental health support.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive training program, which will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
