Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with pupils in a 'GOOD' Ofsted rated Rural Primary School near Nantwich. As part of our team at Academics Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children's communication, social, emotional, and interaction skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and delivering speech and language care plans, supporting reading and sentence writing sessions, and assisting teachers in understanding lesson purposes. Additionally, you will build good working relationships with pupils and adults, utilising your organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

About the Job:

  • Support pupils with SEN in developing their communication, social, emotional, and interaction skills

  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and development

Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum based on location and experience
