About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of 'C' and 'S', who are about to embark on an exciting new chapter in their lives. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, supporting with daily living skills, and accompanying them to their favourite activities.
About the Individuals'C' is a young lady with Downs Syndrome, who can be electively mute until you gain her trust. She loves theatre trips, Disney films, and spending time with her family. 'S' is a chatty and tech-savvy individual with autism, who is looking for support to boost her confidence and secure a job where she will feel valued and inspired.
