Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of two amazing young ladies, 'C' and 'S', who are about to embark on an exciting new chapter in their lives.
About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting 'C' and 'S' to live independently, promoting their autonomy, and empowering them to achieve their goals. You will work closely with our existing support team to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that celebrates their individuality and promotes their well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Support 'C' and 'S' with daily living skills, including personal care, medication administration, and household tasks.
- Accompany them to their favourite activities, such as theatre trips, social media, and computer gaming.
- Encourage and empower them to participate in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our support team to develop and implement individualised support plans that meet the needs of 'C' and 'S'.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to 'C' and 'S' when needed.

- An enhanced DBS disclosure, which will be required for this role.
