Key responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders to align on and deliver the agreed roadmap, operating a DevOps model using CI/CD to support the platform, providing technical guidance and support to product teams where needed, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment with group standards, owning architecture within the team, being hands-on with software development, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and assessing product opportunities with the IAG Connect team. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £85,000 - £115,000 per year. Requirements include significant experience as a Senior Developer/Engineer, expertise in Node.js and TypeScript for backend coordination, proficiency with relational databases for data management, hands-on experience with Angular or React for front-end development, experience with AWS or Google Cloud infrastructure, 1-2 years of DevOps experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible, GIT expertise, containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes, and experience working with microservices architecture and managing third-party integrations. While we cannot guarantee bonuses, successful candidates may receive an additional annual bonus equivalent to 10% of their base salary.
