Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Community Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload. You will also deliver nursing interventions, including the management of medicine delivery, and build and maintain sophisticated relationships with clients' families.

This role requires a supportive management style, strong communication skills, and a minimum of 6 months of experience in the UK. The ideal candidate will also have up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years. The estimated salary for this position is around £45,000-£50,000 per annum.
