We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Northfield. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and providing high-quality support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Provide individualized support to students with varying needs
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement lesson plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Level 2+ Teaching Assistant Qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable)
  • Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years
  • Clear Enhanced Child Workforce on the Update Service (if you do not have this, we will require you to apply for a new DBS)
