About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the teacher in delivering lessons and activities to students with SEN
* Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Provide emotional and social support to students, promoting their well-being and academic progress
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Psychology, Youth Work)
* Experience working with children with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
