**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop structural designs for various projects
* Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects
* Participate in commercial activities, including fee proposal writing and business development
* Collaborate with colleagues to grow and advance the company
* Mentor and support junior engineers

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* ICE or IStructE accredited course
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team and with clients
* Ambition to progress and work towards Chartership with the IStructE
