About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Perms Consultant to join our team at AMA Talent Executives. As a Senior Perms Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients in the Management Consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 'as-is' and data analysis studies to form project proposals
  • Develop and implement project activities
  • Utilize strong analytical and/or change transformation skill sets in Consulting
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients
  • Hold a valid UK driving license with full access to a car
What We Offer
  • Successful project revenues = a £20K - £30K commission based on work
  • ~1 day off for every 10 continuous worked days on client site
  • ~25 days Holiday
  • ~All employee bonus scheme based on company profits at the end of the year
