Senior Consultant

Our client, AMA Talent Executives, is a boutique Management Consulting firm based in London with a team of experienced professionals. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth. Your expertise in Change Transformation and Analytical processes will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 'as-is' and data analysis studies to form project proposals
  • Develop and implement project activities
  • Apply strong analytical and/or change transformation skill sets in Consulting
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients
  • Hold a valid UK driving license with full access to a car
What We Offer

As a Senior Consultant with AMA Talent Executives, you will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A £20K - £30K commission based on work
  • ~1 day off for every 10 continuous worked days on client site
  • ~25 days Holiday
  • All employee bonus scheme based on company profits at the end of the year
