Education Support Specialist

Randstad is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN teaching assistant to join their team in Caterham. As an Education Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of delivering engaging and high-quality lessons for students with special educational needs.
Key responsibilities include assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparing resources, setting up the classroom, and providing support during lessons. You will also help students with their learning, provide extra help with specific subjects, and support students with their social and emotional development.
The role may involve leading small group activities, providing interventions, and working with students who have special educational needs.
