Austin Fraser is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations department, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production process to meet customer demands.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in planning within a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in planning tools and Excel. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is also desirable.

In this role, you will develop and manage production schedules, determine equipment and raw material needs, and monitor production progress. You will also collaborate with the production, procurement, and sales teams to align production schedules with customer orders.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000-£33,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays, and a pension scheme. If you are a motivated and experienced production planner looking for a new challenge, please apply.
