Engineering Workflow Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Production Engineer to join our team at Embrace Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and meeting customer deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure manufacturability and quality of products.
• Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in production and recommend solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain material costs and manage lead times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a production engineering role or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and understanding of technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
