About the Role

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our esteemed client, a leading provider of mental healthcare services in the UK. This exceptional hospital offers tailored programmes designed to improve the mental health and wellbeing of individuals.

Our client provides both NHS and private healthcare, treating patients with a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting patients on their journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to the management of Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU) and High Dependency Units (HDU).
  • Undertake and manage patient care, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, contributing to patient assessments, planning, and evaluation.
Essential Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current active NMC Pin as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act.
  • Patient-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong decision-making skills and excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude.
