Job Summary:

The successful candidate will ensure that the educational, social, and emotional needs of the pupil are met, collaborating closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and the School Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to the pupil, addressing their academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with class teachers, SENCO, and School Nurse to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Assist the pupil in developing organizational and time management skills, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Support the pupil in accessing the curriculum, adapting materials and resources as needed.
  • Monitor and report on the pupil's progress, making recommendations for future support.
Requirements:
