Management of External IT Partners:
- Local asset and inventory management
- Onboarding and offboarding IT processes
- Incident management and escalation procedures
- Software deployment and management
- Mobile device management: Microsoft Intune and group policies
- Cyber awareness and phishing simulation
- End user documentation and training
- IT Security incident management
Business Operations Support:
- Privileged access reviews
- Regular service and commercial reviews
- Internal stakeholder requirement management
- IT operational communications
- IT Governance, policies and handbooks
- Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working in an ITIL environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and situational judgement skills.
- Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Broad IT experience across infrastructure, network and operating systems.
- Experience managing outsourced IT partners.
- ITIL, Prince qualifications an advantage.
