Key Accountabilities

  • Accountable for the architecture of the Office IT Infrastructure solutions for all local markets
  • Accountable to identify trends and technologies, indicating a risk or chance for the strategy of Office IT solutions
  • Being a qualified interface for technical matters to top-level management and corresponding experts from Security, Network, Data Center, HR, IDM and User Management
  • Accountable for ensuring that customer requirements are understood and able to give advice and provide consultancy to both internally and externally stakeholders, so that the goals with respect to quality, efficiency and costs are consistently achieved
  • End-to-end accountable for the entire lifecycle of the chosen products and accountable for adjusting and changing the services architecture according to new business or cost optimization requirements, whilst ensuring consistent service delivery to all local markets

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills across functional and cultural boundaries
  • Ability to engage, inspire and negotiate with stakeholders to conform with the Vodafone business at appropriate risk levels
  • Strong knowledge about Infrastructure Services (network, server services, Microsoft Active Directory, Cloud services)
  • Ideally, Microsoft Certified (such as Azure Administrator Associate / Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
