Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Elite Associates.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, collaborating with various departments to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted figures, identifying key drivers of performance and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to inform financial planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as needed, contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
