We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interim Hotel Manager to join our team at a 50-bedroom leisure destination hotel in the Shropshire countryside. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day activities within the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and back-of-house functions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and results
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff
