Workshop Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Operations Manager to join our team at Auto Skills UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our workshop, ensuring that our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workshop Supervision: Supervise and motivate our team of Service Technicians, proactively reviewing daily workload to identify opportunities to drive performance and improve efficiency.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving any issues, and providing customers with clear information and advice.
- Health and Safety: Comply with Health & Safety regulations and ensure high standards of housekeeping and security are achieved and maintained within the workshop and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience as a Workshop Controller / Workshop Foreman / HGV Technician / Workshop Supervisor is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage a workshop effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of automotive technology, warranty systems, and the brand would be beneficial.
- Qualifications: A full, valid, and clean UK driving license.
- Computer Skills: Computer literate including Microsoft Office.
