About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Workshop Controller at ZIGUP plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Audi workshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of our workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and on time.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of Audi vehicles, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the workshop.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Audi vehicles and systems, or a willingness to learn.
