Clinical Leadership Position for Veterinarians

We are recruiting an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with at least 5 years of UK small animal practice experience to fill a Clinical Leadership position in our practice. This role offers a salary package up to £90,000.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our veterinary team, developing the practice client base, and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered. Located in North London/Essex, this dynamic practice provides a great opportunity to grow professionally and personally.

About the Role

This key position involves leading and managing our veterinary team, developing strategies to drive practice growth and improve client satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with local veterinarians. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and developing a strong understanding of our clients' needs
  • Leading and managing the veterinary team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
