Job Title: Regional Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Occupational Therapist to lead and support our therapy teams across multiple care services in Liverpool.

As a Regional Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for overseeing complex cases, providing specialist assessments and interventions, and working closely with our Regional Director of Operations to develop therapy services.

You will also provide advice, guidance, training, and supervision to our therapy teams, and focus on clinical governance, quality assurance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee several complex cases and provide specialist assessments and interventions
  • Work closely with the Regional Director of Operations to develop therapy services
  • Provide advice, guidance, training, and supervision to therapy teams
  • Foster a culture of clinical excellence and quality assurance
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Five years post-graduate experience
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
