Licensing and Partnership Development Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue across the Toys & Games category, building valuable partnerships, and expanding our brand presence at retail.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Toys & Games, expanding our brand's footprint through effective account management and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with licensees by providing them with brand insights, strategic updates, and marketing support.
- Contract Negotiation: Oversee the negotiation and execution of licensing agreements, ensuring all rights are in place before deals are finalized.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a commercially driven professional with strong negotiation and financial skills. Excellent communication, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for creative problem-solving will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. Experience in licensing, partnership development, and revenue growth is highly desirable.
