Insurance Business Development Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team at Howden Group. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on insurance coverage
- Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably in a business development or account management role
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record of business growth and development
