About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth
- Manage and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Identify and develop opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and customer service strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
