About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team in Co. Durham. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Identify and develop opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer engagement
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
