Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hourly Rate: £20.70

Shift Pattern: 4-on-4-off, 8:00am - 8:00pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team at Farmfoods Monkspath Depot. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of HGV tractor units and trailers, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair HGV vehicles, including inspections, repairs, and testing
  • Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions
  • Work in a professional and safe manner at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient maintenance operations

Requirements:

  • Level 3 City & Guilds Maintenance of Heavy Goods Vehicles (or equivalent)
  • Diagnostic equipment and fault tracing skills
  • MOT preparation experience

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • LOLER experience and tail lift repair
  • Multi-temperature trailers and fridge repair experience
  • CE licence (desirable but not essential)
