Animal Care Centre Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Animal Care Centre Team Member to join our team at VC Evidensia UK. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the veterinary profession or a similar customer care role, with a passion for animals and excellent communication skills. A driving licence and car are essential for this role, which involves working across Ashford, Hythe, and New Romney.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £23,795.20 DOE and a range of benefits, including 6.6 weeks annual leave and enhanced family-friendly policies.
The four-week rota includes one Saturday in four, with hours ranging from Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturdays between 9am and 5:30pm. Flexibility to cover other days for holiday and sickness cover is also required.
Duties:- Welcome clients and their pets to the surgery
- Provide administrative support using electronic diary systems
- Assist with medication and other administrative tasks
